Here’s some more information concerning the Torvikopla Big Band’s Merry Christmas Party on Tue 2.12.2008 at restaurant “Tanssitalo”:

Item 1:

The usual garderobe fee is already inclusive in the 5 euro per person entrance fee, so no additional fees will be added. Not too bad, ey?

Item 2:

The restaurant Tanssitalo (which translates approximately into “dance house”) is located at the centre of Tampere, near the Hämeenpuisto Park. Check it out on the map:http://en.02.fi/map-search/FI/tampere/hallituskatu+19

Item 3:

There will be some interesting special program as well. You can also get the taste of christmas cookies and glögg with a reasonable price. The fully licensed restaurant will also have some other reasonable priced drinks, so you can enjoy the nice mood and great music with the beverage of your choice. Welcome! Tickets are still available at pre-sale and at the entrance.

Forget about those lame X-mas carols and come listen to when Torvikopla Big Band puts some swinging and funky attitude to the X-mas tunes live on stage!

The student big band Torvikopla will be featuring two singers, “Sweet” Jeena Rancken and Jari Latva-Teikari, with truly merry X-mas party attitude at the fully licensed restaurant “Tanssitalo”. The evening is guaranteed to take you to the relaxed X-mas party athmosphere. The party starts with mellow piano music when the doors open at 19.00.
